How does coaching work?

Step 1: Fill out a quick application

You can find that application right below this section. I’ve labeled it so you can’t miss it. The form just helps me get to know you a little better and covers things like your workout/diet history, fitness goals, and what you’re looking for in hiring a coach.

Step 2: Chat via Phone or Zoom

I’ll reach out to you within 48 hours of receiving your form to schedule some time with you to chat about things in more detail. We’ll really get into the weeds. No stone will be left unturned during this call and we’ll come up with a game plan to help you reach your goals.

Step 3: Receive Your Customized Nutrition & Strength Training Program

This isn’t some cookie-cutter, run-of-the-mill program Jan down the street or Bob in accounting found online. Each month, you’ll receive a nutrition and strength training plan tailored to your individual preferences, needs, and goals. 

Here’s a breakdown of everything you get in your program each month: 

  • A 3 or 4-day-a-week resistance training routine that takes into account equipment you have access to (a minimum of dumbbells are required) and your schedule. The goal of the program is to help you make fitness a part of your life, not revolve your life around fitness. Ya know? You’ll also have access to training logs to keep track of your workouts (sets/reps, weight used, etc) to ensure you continue to get stronger and make progress.
  • Nutrition guidance: I will help you come up with ideal calorie and nutrition targets to help you reach your physique goals. Your nutrition plan won’t be me just rattling off a list of foods to eat with no flexibility like a drill sergeant. I’ll help you understand the “why” behind eating certain foods and you’ll learn how to achieve results while still eating like an actual human being (aka still enjoy your favorites like pizza, burgers, wings, fries, cookies, you name it). You’ll also receive quick, easy-to-make, calorie-friendly recipes based on what YOU like to eat so you can stay full, satisfied, and on track with your goals.
  • Unlimited access to me for guidance, accountability, support, motivation, and whatever else you need help with along the way to reach your goals. As your coach, I’ll be there for you every step of the way to answer any questions you have and help you manage any speed bumps you run into on your fitness journey.

A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for this program.
