Do you want a simple, no-BS approach to fitness that’ll help you develop healthy, practical habits for lifelong success?

I got you fam!

This website is all about getting you results without sucking the fun out of life.

No restrictive diets or feeling miserable on this side ❌

It almost feels a little weird for me to say that because there was a time when I had absolutely ZERO clue about what I was doing.

I made a ton of mistakes and wouldn’t have been able to spell fat loss if you spotted me the first 6 letters.

At one point, I made it up in mind you could out-exercise a poor diet and sweat your way to the body you want.

And this is no lie (you can ask my mom) but back in high school, I would literally run around my parents’ neighborhood right in the middle of summer.

We’re talking June, July, and August–the hottest months of the year.

Picturing someone dressed in shorts and a t-shirt?

Nope, not me.

I was dressed like I should go outside and build a snowman.

So basically, like a deranged lunatic 😂

And that’s not all…

On the nutrition side of things, I went through phases of strictly “clean eating” because in my mind, losing weight required feeling restricted and giving up all your favorites.

I had this all-or-nothing mentality that foods were either “good” or they were “bad.”

Can you relate to that?

Feeling guilty and like you’re doing something wrong by having foods like pizza, chips, burgers, or cookies?

Here’s the thing…

That mindset has been holding you back from achieving the lasting results you want.

And that’s what I’m here to help you with.

I want to provide you with the information that’ll show you how to achieve your fitness goals without depriving yourself or doing anything crazy.

Does that mean things will be a walk in the park with a slight breeze?

Not at all.

The reality is it’s going to take hard work, commitment, being consistent, and remaining patient.

There are absolutely zero shortcuts or quick fixes when it comes to this whole fitness thing.

But if this is something you truly want–to get into better shape, reach your physique goals, and improve your health–then the effort you put in will be more than worth it.

And yes, achieving your fitness goals and building the body of your dreams will feel amazing.

But I also want you to know that fitness is so much more than that.

When you truly dedicate yourself and work toward your goals, you become more resilient, more persistent, more adaptable, and self-motivated.

You learn that no matter what, you’re capable of digging deep and pushing through hard things to achieve results you never thought possible.

Fitness builds confidence and helps you develop an “I can do anything I put my mind to” attitude that carries over into every other area of your life.

That’s why I’m so passionate about it and love it so much, not just for the double takes in the mirror you’re bound to take once you achieve your dream body but for the positive mindset you’ll create and the confident, more resilient person you’ll become.

I know what fitness has done for me in my life and I want to help you achieve all that and more.

Me in a nutshell:

  • Biggest fear: Heights and hotel beds. Yeah, yeah…You probably think that second one is weird AF 😂 But I just CANNOT DO IT.
  • I overwhelmingly listen to Drake more than any other musical artist. By the way, if you’re a Drake fan and say anything other than Take Care when asked what his best album is, I don’t know if I can trust you (I kid, I kid).
  • Funniest thing that’s happened to me: I got the practice word wrong (yes, the warm-up word before the actual competition even began) in my 6th-grade spelling bee. Think it was something super tough like “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”? Nope. Not at all. The word was “cloudy.” And for some reason, I added an extra “L” in there.
  • If I could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life, I’d struggle to choose between Skyline Chili and LaRosa’s Pizza (IYKYK).
  • Cincinnati born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days (If you get that reference, you’re a real one). It’s only right I root for the Bengals, Reds, and Bearcats.  Oh, and I’m a big Michigan Wolverines football fan (Osu can suck it).
  • My top three movies of all time (in no particular order) would have to be Remember the Titans, The Godfather, and Space Jam (the original).
  • In the gym, I’m either A.) Doing my best Arnold Schwarzenegger impersonation, or… B.) Jumping rope pretending I’m Floyd Mayweather.

I have some free (yes, totally FREE) gifts for you…
